Where and how do I get picked-up and dropped back?
All excursions-tours have arranged start and finish points. Main start and finish point for excursions-tours is Corfu Port unless other starting and finish points are requested by you and confirmed by us. You can request these points to be anywhere in Corfu. Applicable charges will apply if any, depending the distance of this points from the Port.
Why do you need my room number ? (accommodation/hotel pickup option)
Having your room number ensures problem-free pick-up service. It may not be always easy to get to you if you are not at the meeting point at the required time.
Do I need to confirm my booking when I arrive in the resort?
No. The voucher you receive right after having finished your booking signifies that your name is securely put down on the passenger list for the excursion and the date you have chosen. We deserve the right to contact you 24hours before excursion-tour date just to confirm your pickup place and time with you.
Why should i book my excursions through you?
You get our local expertise and our experience of 30 years doing this. We have a transparent prices and cancellation policy (see Terms and Conditions), we get exclusive privileges for our guests on some tours, English-speaking customer support, and of course – it's very hard to bet our prices and service!
How far in advance I need to book my excursion?
The sooner the better. A minimum of 24 hours in advance is required, but activities do sell out, so book as soon as you know that you want to go and meet Corfu with us.
